1. In order to ensure the security and reliable operation of the services to all Academy Brushware ’s users, Academy Brushware hereby reserves the right to take whatever action it may deem necessary to preserve the security, integrity and reliability of its network and back-office applications.
2. You may not utilise the Website in any manner which may compromise the security of Academy Brushware ’s networks or tamper with the Website in any manner whatsoever, which shall include without limitation, gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Website, or delivering or attempting to deliver any unauthorised, damaging or malicious code to the Website, all of which is expressly prohibited. Any person or entity which does so, or attempts to do so, shall be held criminally liable. Further, should Academy Brushware suffer any damage or loss, civil damages shall be claimed by Academy Brushware against the user.

      9. These Terms set forth the entire understanding and agreement between Academy Brushware and you with respect to the subject matter hereof and no other warranty or undertaking is valid unless contained in this agreement

1. • No damaged or shop-soiled items may be returned, goods must be in a resalable condition.
   • No discontinued items may be returned.
   • No stock may be sent back with pricing on.
   • All relevant documents pertaining to the stock item being returned must be supplied with the product, I.E Tax Invoice.
   • Stock returns must be arranged with Academy representative / Head Office or branch.Not withstanding the delivery and transfer of possession of the goods to you, ownership there shall remain vested in us until you have discharged all your obligations and in particular your obligations to pay the purchase price of the goods purchased from us.

   No goods may be returned without prior permission from an authorised person within Academy’s organisation.  A 10% Handling fee may be charged.

   COD Orders

   • COD orders must be settled in full upon receipt of your order. In the event of a bank transfer, proof of the transfer must be handed over to the driver.
   • No COD orders will be handed over without payment or proof of payment.
